After watching iThong streaming this for a while, I decided to come up with a decent list of changes for you.
Firstly, in general it needs more humor. There isn't really any other reason to play a troll version (especially with all the grinding that needs to be done for gyms), so you might as well be thorough. For best results, every last bit of dialog needs to be reworked. I might help with this if needed.
More specific shit... TROLLBAT needs a new sprite for the reverse view. There's some teacher in (I forget what city) who gives you a quickclaw. He needs to be a pedo. The students should all say "I'm 12 and what is this?" MAGIKARP needs to be changed to NEWFAG. FLAIL (attack) should be changed to FAIL. Change stone badge to stoned badge. Change SILCOON to TAMPAX (idk why, just do it). If possible, change BALLS pocket to BALL sack.
... Might put more shit up later, might not. I'm still unsure how much I'm willing to help/criticize.
